Alyona Kozanohina

Alyona is an aspiring yoga teacher with a deep and genuine passion for yoga and movement, particularly Vinyasa flow. From a young age, she was involved in gymnastics, which helped build a strong foundation in body awareness, coordination, and natural flexibility—qualities she continues to carry into her practice today. Although she is at the beginning of her yoga teaching journey and does not yet have formal teaching experience, yoga has been a consistent and transformative part of her life for many years.

Her personal practice is rooted in mindful movement, breath, awareness, and emotional presence. She is drawn to Vinyasa for its fluidity, creativity, and the way it invites both strength and softness into the body. For her, yoga is not only a physical practice but also a space for self-connection, self-compassion, and inner growth.

As she continues her training and personal development, her intention is to teach from an authentic place, combining mindful sequencing, breath-led movement, and thoughtful class setting. She is deeply committed to learning, growing, and evolving as a teacher, and she approaches this path with humility, dedication, and heartfelt enthusiasm.
